We process club account details and recruitment brief information. Agents may submit adult player names, ages, nationality, current clubs, video links and contact details. We do not request medical or financial records.
Who sees what
Submissions are visible to the receiving club account and the operator of SCOUTRIVE for necessary support, security, and operation. We do not sell player profiles to other clubs.
Retention and rights
A final policy must specify retention periods, controller/processor roles, deletion/export options, country-specific privacy rights, lawful bases, and subprocessor disclosures before launch.
